Jaguars player paralyzed and leg amputated!! OMG…
NoahSife.com has gotten some horrible news. Richard Collier as reported earlier [Read Story Here]. Was shot while sitting outside an apartment complex. Here is an update of his status:
Jacksonville Jaguars offensive tackle Richard Collier, shot while sitting in a car outside an apartment complex earlier this month, is paralyzed below the waist and his left leg was amputated, his doctor said Monday. Collier was on a ventilator for about three weeks and has no memory of the shooting, said Dr. Andy Kerwin, a surgeon for the University of Florida at Shands Jacksonville hospital. “His overall condition has improved greatly,” Kerwin said. “We expect him to be discharged soon.”
Tragic story. On a good note he didn’t die from this situation. Everybody pray for this young man. Him and his family really need it!!

Marion Jones released from Prison!!! Yup…
NoahSife.com has learned that Marion Jones was recently released from prison after doing 6 months for steroid abuse:
Jones left a halfway house in San Antonio around 8 a.m., said LaTanya Robinson, a community corrections manager for the federal Bureau of Prisons. Jones, who has a house in Austin, will remain on probation.
Jones’ attorney did not immediately respond to a call or e-mail from The Associated Press requesting comment.
The sprinter admitted last October that she used a designer steroid known as “the clear” from September 2000 to July 2001. The drug was linked to the Bay Area Laboratory Co-Operative, the lab that became the center of a steroids scandal that touched numerous professional athletes, including baseball star Barry Bonds.
Her admission of drug use in 2007 came after years of denials.
In 2004, she sued the founder of BALCO for defamation after he said she used steroids. The lawsuit was settled the following year, long before she told the truth in a federal courtroom.
Jones gave back the three gold medals and two bronze medals she won at the 2000 Olympics in Sydney before the International Olympic Committee officially wiped her name from the record books in December.
I feel really bad for Marion. This has to be the absolute worse time in her life. I wouldn’t wish this much pain and humiliation onto my worst enemy. But after every storm comes a rainbow. Shw WILL bounce back. I smell a book, and some motivational speaking. Marion will be just fine.

Undefeated boxing champion Floyd Mayweather Jr.’s Las Vegas mansion was recently robbed on August 17, reports NBC News affiliate Channel 3/KVBC.com.
Cops say an unidentified male, along with three others broke into the legendary fighter’s home and stole around $7 million worth of jewelry. In a surveillance video circulating the web, one of the suspects can be seen wearing glasses and a white-colored hoodie.As first reported by BoxingScene.com, the mystery men allegedly busted through Floyd’s bedroom window when Mayweather was not at home.
Now, the Las Vegas Metro Police Department is looking to the public to help identify the male subject posing under his alias, Johnny Brassballs.
This week Mayweather issued a $100,000 cash reward for information leading to the return of his property. An investigation firm in Atlanta is handling the case, and anyone with information about this crime, can call 678-457-5858. Callers could be eligible for an immediate cash reward, and may remain anonymous.
This is crazy. Karma is something. They said Floyd didn’t have guards or an alarm system or anything. Wow! I hope he had insurance for all that. Let’s hope my favorite boxer in the world gets his stuff back, because that’s a loss I wouldn’t want to see anyone take….

Jacksonville Jaquars offensive tackle Richard Collier was shot while waiting for some women outside an apartment early Tuesday and sustained life-threatening injuries, according to the Associated Press.
Collier, 26, and former Jaguars player Kenneth Pettway were waiting in a car when a gunman shot into the vehicle, said Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office spokesman Ken Jefferson. Collier was shot several times but it’s not clear where he was hit, and the sheriff’s office is still investigating.
Collier was in critical condition at Shands Jacksonville Medical Center, a hospital official said.
Earlier this year, the 6-foot-7, 350 pound lineman pleaded no contest to a drunken driving charge stemming from an incident last fall, avoiding trial and accepting six months of probation.
The third-year lineman was arrested on Nov. 3 after officers found him asleep behind the wheel of his sports utility vehicle at a McDonald’s drive-thru window, according to a police report. Collier failed field sobriety tests and had a blood-alcohol level of .096. In Florida, it is illegal to drive when a person’s blood-alcohol level reaches .08.
The football player’s attorney, Hank Coxe disputed the police report and recommendeed that his client go to trial, but Collier didn’t want the team to have to deal with the negative attention that it would generate.
Whoa this is tragic. Take some time out of your day to pray for this young man. I hope he wasn’t set up or targeted. We don’t need any more fatalities. I hope he makes a full recovery!
