Will Lebron come through in the clutch?
Personally I feel like Lebron is one of the best players in the world. He is trying, but the question is will it be enough. If he slows down and lets the game come to him he’ll be fine….
There is no denying that LeBron James knows what position he put himself in, heck, anyone who calls themselves “King” before they ever win anything in their profession would know that.
At first we wanted to side with James as he tried to take the lowly Cleveland Cavaliers franchise back to championship days after being drafted No. 1 overall to the hometown franchise, but a loss in the Finals and a lack of help on the roster, forced James’ hand.
We all know what happened after that, “The Decision”, and a little less than a year later he is playing for an NBA title with his new running mates.
Only, James has hardly played up to the standards that we expected.

USA smashes China 101-70…..WOW!!!
BEIJING – The U.S. Olympic basketball team treated President Bush and perhaps a billion more fans to a game to remember.
With LeBron James and Dwyane Wade soaring for dunks that thrilled the raucous crowd at Beijing’s basketball arena, the United States pulled away for a 101-70 victory against host China on Sunday night.
Wade scored 19 points and James had 18 for the Americans in one of the most highly anticipated events of these Summer Games.
Houston Rockets All-Star Yao Ming scored 13 points for China.
China got smashed!! Wow, this Olympic team has made me a believer. Lebron promised gold last month, I guess they are not taking that lightly. This was one of the biggest games already. Let’s hope they can keep that momentum all the way to the end. I’m hoping they slaughter everybody else along the way!!

Lebron James might play for European Basketball League??? NOOO!!
Yeah you heard it right, NoahSife.com has learned that a person close to James said Tuesday that the Cavaliers’ superstar would strongly consider playing overseas if he was offered a salary of “around $50 million a year.” Dayyum. The superstar is becoming a free agent after the 2010-2011 season. A bunch of teams are looking to make salary cap room available for James when he gets free.
The thing is that no team could offer him more than $20 million a year. That’s a tough choice. I don’t blame Lebron. Who could turn down $50 million a year. We live in a new age and a new time. So you have to think outside the box. Lebron could be a world star. Europeann league’s have way more bread than the NBA. Knowing Lebron, and how smart and savvy he is, I think he’ll take that check. Lebron James Traded to New Jersey Nets????
Is Lebron hinting at wanting to be traded to the New Jersey, soon to be (in 2010) the Brooklyn Nets? Sure seems like it by this statement:
“Brooklyn, James said. “Brooklyn is definitely a great place here in New York City, and some of my best friends are from Brooklyn, so I stick up for them.”
He was asked to name his favorite cities and New York was #1, Cleveland was not on his list at all. Plus the fact that the nets are part owned by his close friend Jay-Z. The one man band act in Cleveland is probably getting a little old. If they don’t get their act together soon, Lebron could very well be reppin BK all day!!

USA Men’s Basketball Team Arrived in NYC! What did they do?

Every time you see these guys in the red, white, and blue you get excited. It’s like Christmas day for all basketball fans. The ultimate all star team. Up until recently these uniforms were like superman uniforms, indestructible. Now, you don’t know what to think. I mean they could very well win gold again, but what the hell happened in 2004? Bronze medal? The first Dream Team was blowing teams out by 70 points! Now you can’t even call them the Dream Team anymore. They arrived in NY so Nike could show off their team to the world. They smiled took pictures and met with fans. I believe in them, hey even Superman has been beaten from time to time. Let’s just hope they earn their name and the confidence of the country back…
