A woman who lay bleeding on the emergency room floor of a troubled inner-city hospital died after 911 dispatchers refused to contact paramedics or an ambulance to take her to another facility.

This is disturbing in so many ways. We as people need to get out of the routine. Whatever routine we are in, we need to stop it and approach every situation like it is brand new. Everybody does it including myself. Get up, get dressed, do your job, come home go to sleep. A wise man once says that he believes everybody has psychic ability because you routinely do the same thing over and over  so much, you automatically assume what the outcome will be.

All that is wrong! We gotta LIVE people. Approach everyday like it’s brand new. Approach every situation like you’ve never been in it before. Every discipline you can imagine should be thrown at everybody involved here. But this is a direct outcome of people thinking they can see the future. The workers assumed the lady was just faking because they knew her.

The 911 dispatchers just thought the people were over exaggerating because I’m sure they get thousands of calls a day just like that. But you can never put life in cruise control, you always have to be watching out for that next speed bump, or even a better route to take. Let’s pray for the family of this poor woman, and hope this brings about major changes in our medical system. And lastly and most importantly let’s wake up and live everybody…..Here is the 911 Audio.
